The 29th January 2010, the Norwegian Post inaugurated its new sorting centre at Oslo in the honoured presence of the king of Norway.
Norwegian Post entrusted SOLYSTIC to develop a complete system for treating address recognition of all mail pieces automatically managed in the sorting centre such as letters, flat mail items and small parcels.
Benefitting from SOLYSTIC's MOSAIC™, automatic address reading (OCR) and video coding (VCS) functionalities help to monitor the entire system in real time, generating operational reporting which permits mail centre staff to profit from the latest industry tools available based on the latest technology developments and the highest recognised performance.
