By proposing upstream and downstream solutions for mail equipment exploitation, SOLYSTIC offers rapid autonomy to its customers: installation, training, product information (manuals etc.), a hotline, spare parts, and more.

  

Over and above supplying you equipment, SOLYSTIC accompanies you every step of the way  

  • Machine installation (alignment)Installation: SOLYSTIC’s multi-skilled installation teams are committed to the work they carry out in many geographically diverse situations.

  • Product information:  SOLYSTIC writes the documentation for its equipment according to an international standard (SGML), which standardises editing and circulation.

  • Training: SOLYSTIC provides both theoretical courses and practical sessions for machine operators. Our training officers, working in France and abroad, use teaching methods to provide advice on machine operation and maintenance.

  • Spare parts: SOLYSTIC supplies an initial stock of spare parts to ensure maximum availability of its machines and to minimise the costs incurred by unavailability.

  • Hotline: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our hotline teams answer your emergency calls, give you advice and repair any faults.
