With shorter and shorter time frames in which to handle mail, SOLYSTIC must rely on both its human and its technical expertise. Above all, SOLYSTIC is concerned with listening to its customers, understanding their needs, making a diagnosis and proposing suitable solutions. For 60 years, SOLYSTIC has been a preferential partner of postal services all over the world.

Initially, SOLYSTIC was a sorting machine supplier; then she has acquired skills as an integrator. With nearly 600 specialists in design, production, and manufacturing and assembly subcontracting, SOLYSTIC has become established today as a provider of global solutions for postal operators.
Turnkey solutions
Our unique expertise coupled with solid experience from working with postal services, both in Europe and worldwide, enables us to accompany our customers on all or part of their projects:
- during the designing phase, by defining and anticipating the needs of a sorting solution, but also by helping find the best organisation of the logistical and human elements of their centres.
- during the operation phase, by defining personnel requirements and training them, and by carrying out maintenance on the machines, supervising their productivity and taking corrective action to improve them.
Close to its customers
SOLYSTIC unites its employees, its customers and its partners around its core business. This proximity strengthens synergies and enables progress, creation and innovation. Because every customer is unique, we assign a team to each so that a lasting relationship can be built.
Aided by high-performance tools
The use of SAP™ has enabled us to be certified ISO 9001 by Bureau Veritas (French Agency for Quality Certification) and to fulfil all the needs of international postal operators while respecting standards and regulations. In addition, SOLYSTIC uses the most up-to-date technology to design and develop its products and solutions.
The simulation tool SOSi, developed internally, help us in the tests and assessments for new products.
