• Flexibility: whatever the volume of mail handled, SOLYSTIC adapts its solutions to the level of automation the customer has asked for.
• Modularity: machines, sorting workshops, complete centres - SOLYSTIC always adapts the equipment and solutions it proposes to the constraints of the customer. We provide tailor-made solutions to meet our customer's needs.
• Globality: acting as project manager, SOLYSTIC will provide its services throughout the entire development chain from design to manufacture, installation and commissioning, thus simplifying the customer's interfaces.

SOLYSTIC is supported by a Quality Policy outlined by Head Office. In 1994, it was given ISO 9001 certification for its comprehensive control of processes.
The policy's implications for safety have also been formalised in an official document handled by the Safety Management System (SMS). An action plan concerning the evaluation and management of risk was launched in 2004 and has been updated every year. SOLYSTIC shares the social vision of its customer concerned about the quality of life both now and in the future. In 2006 we started proceedings for ISO 14001 certification. Our Environment Management System was examined and declared to comply with standard on March 13, 2007.
