All-format performance
Specifically designed for flat processing, the TOP machine is available in several configurations to fulfil every possible need.
Range handled by TOP
TOP handles small and large formats and packages: paper envelopes, plastic packaging, Tyvek, magazines, newspapers and unsealed items.

How does it work
TOP can be equipped with image acquisition systems, code readers, labellers and inkjet printers. The envelopes are destacked one by one then followed by a decoding of the necessary information. The objects are then injected onto a carrousel equipped with buckets and ejected via the relevant output, usually in trays. At the input and output phases, tray handling can be either manual, semi-automatic or automatic. The concept of separate and independent input stations means the machine has a very high level of availability.
Many options for the input and output phases can be provided.

Image processing
Each input station can be equipped with a COPERNIC™ image acquisition unit which can interface with an optical address reader or video coding system (either situated locally or at a distance), whether provided by SOLYSTIC or by another manufacturer. The process can also be carried out by a virtual identifier (V-Id™).
