Outgoing sorting applications

The SOLYSTIC™ MARS machine is equipped with a COPERNIC™ image acquisition system, particulary well-suited to the pre-sorting: automatic address reading, customer code printing on envelopes, and outgoing mail sorting usually based on the first figures of the postal code. Use of V-Id™ even allows you to handle optical reading rejects using video coding.

Incoming sorting applications

• Sorting within the company (by department, by centre, etc.),
• Reply card handling: processing data and digitizing images for computer processing further down the line,

• Sorting mail into the right order for carrier distribution.

Even though it is equipped with only a small number of stackers, the SOLYSTIC™ MARS machine can sort in 18 directions in 1-pass mode, 324 directions in 2-pass mode and 5832 directions in 3-pass mode.
